Pilates

specific type of Pilates developed by Mari Winsor.
Countless celebrities, athletes, musicians and even
"normal” people like you and me have jumped on the

Mari
Winsor developed her specific brand of Pilates, called
Winsor Pilates, over two decades ago. Mari's business

Winsor
Pilates is based on a technique called "dynamic
sequencing”. To put it simply, "dynamic sequencing” is

done at home by following the certified instructors on

When I
first started learning Pilates I took classes at my
